ABCDerm Change Intensif is specifically formulated in accordance with the ABCDerm dermatological commitment. It has been designed as a diaper rash cream to prevent and repair nappy rash, thanks to:

D-panthenol, with soothing properties for diaper rash, strenghtens the skin barrier by accelarating epidermal reconstruction.
Zinc oxide protects the epidermis and soothes irritation of rash thanks to its purifying properties.
Its galenic in the form of ""watery paste"" containing absorbent mineral powders forms a protective film, insulating the epidermis while allowing the skin to breathe at the same time. This helps to prevent diaper rash
The Glycerine prevents the drying out effect of the powders and makes it easier to spread the cream on the baby's irritated skin.

Bioderma’s product how to use the product step by step

Use this diaper rash cream several times a day, 7 days a week.

Step 1 Apply a thick layer of diaper rash cream at each nappy change, on skin that has been cleansed with an ABCDerm hygiene product and dried thoroughly.

This diaper rash cream may be used on newborns, with the exception of premature infants. Apply to healthy skin. If redness persists, consult a healthcare professional. For hygiene reasons, we recommend that you close the product tightly after using.

The nappy area of babies and young children is regularly prone to the formation of nappy rash, which is characterised by red, irritated skin.

This is a very common skin disorder in babies and young children. It affects around 60% of babies aged 6 to 12 months.

The main factors triggering this form of dermatitis are:

- the rubbing of the nappy against the skin, associated with moisture, encouraging skin irritation phenomena;

- the maceration due to the occlusion of urine and faeces, leading to an increased skin pH and microbial proliferation.

Redness in the nappy area is frequent, often benign, and easy to treat. Applying a care product dedicated to this area will repair the skin while forming a protective barrier when irritation and redness are established.
